Ingredients
- 500g strawberries
- 750g avocado
- 200g feta cheese
- For vinaigrette sauce:
- 3 tbsp strawberry vinegar
- 1 tsp honey
- 9 tbsp olive oil
Execution
Wash, clean and cut the strawberries and avocados and put them in a salad bowl. In a bowl or in a blender, beat the strawberry vinegar, honey, and gradually add the olive oil, until a thick sauce is formed. Pour half of the vinaigrette over the salad and mix, so that it goes everywhere.
Sprinkle the surface of the salad with the mint leaves, if they are large, cut them with a knife, add the feta last, cut into nice pieces, and sprinkle the salad with the rest of the sauce.
