Ingredients
- ½ melon
- 2 peaches (or nectarines)
- Mint leaves
- Fresh juice from ½ orange
Execution
Cut the melon and peaches (or nectarines) into cubes. Mix the fruit with the chopped mint leaves and the orange juice in a bowl and leave it for 30 minutes in the fridge to allow the flavors of the fruit to bond. Serve the fruit salad cold from the fridge with a few extra mint leaves for decoration.
