Ingredients
- 2 - 3 cups of tea boiled Froutofarm broccoli (cut the large "bouquets" and the hardest stalks of the vegetable into smaller ones to spread evenly on the pan)
- 150 g cold cut meat such as smoked bacon or country sausage, in small pieces
- 3 thick slices of bread without the crust, cut into small bites
- 1 clove of garlic, melted
- 40 mL olive oil
- 1 cup of tea sliced feta cheese
- 1 tsp. oregano, dry, grated
- 4 eggs
- 100 mL milk
- 3 tbsp. Grated parmesan
- Salt, pepper
Execution
Servings: for 1 pan 22 cm.
Preheat the oven to 170°C.
In a 22 cm diameter pan or in a small pyrex, put the sausage of our choice, the pieces of bread, the garlic, the oil, half of the oregano and salt and pepper and mix. Bake for 10 minutes, on the middle shelf, until the pieces of bread are golden brown. Remove the pan from the oven and let the ingredients cool slightly. Put the pieces of broccoli on top and sprinkle the feta.
In a bowl, beat the milk well with the eggs and the rest of the oregano and pour the ingredients into the pan. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake for 25 minutes or until the food is golden brown. It is served hot.
